In April 2012, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP was retained by a Special Committee of the NBPA to conduct an independent internal investigation into allegations of nepotism, conflicts of interest and the potential misuse of union funds.

Paul, Weiss has presented its report to the Special Committee of the NBPA.  All members of the NBPA are encouraged to review it.
